Job Fit Quest measures the personality traits that predict the individual's motivation and behavior at work.

The questionnaire provides information about 11 professionally significant personality traits (e.i. achievement motivation, leadership, emotional intelligence, work efficiency, etc.), what the individual's impact on the organization will be and how to motivate them. In addition, Job Fit Quest assesses the extent to which the profile matches 5 global competencies important for success in various professional roles - managerial, sales, customer service, administrative, and innovation.

The questionnaire is online, can be completed in Bulgarian and English, and takes about 15-20 minutes.
